2009 Criteria for Commencement Walking Eligibility

  GENERAL INFORMATION

 Non-graduating last semester students (undergraduate and graduate) are permitted to walk in the May Commencement ceremony provided they meet certain requirements at the time of the ceremony; that is, such students are cleared for walking in the same manner that graduating seniors are cleared.

All course work and documentation to satisfy walking eligibility requirements must be on file in the Registrar's Office, DS 123, the same day that grades are due for graduating seniors or  NOON, WEDNESDAY, 13TH MAY 2009.

You must apply in writing by completing the Commencement Walker Application form and this must be on file in the Registrar's Office by

MONDAY, 2ND MARCH.  

Only students with approved Walker forms will be permitted to walk at Commencement.
