Sunday, September 6 Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM	Check-in for NEW COMMUTER STUDENTS (only those students new to Daemen - not new to commuting) Wick Campus Center Lobby
Sunday, September 6 Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM	Residence halls open for returning resident students-Check in at Wick Campus Center Lobby First meal served: Dinner
Sunday, September 6 Time: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM	Required Freshmen meetings (see new student check-in packet for details)

Thursday, September 10 Time: 11:00 AM	Fall Convocation: Wick Social Room All returning students and College personnel are invited. The program will be immediately followed by a campus wide luncheon.
Tuesday, September 15	Last day for making changes in schedule (DROP/ADD) - may be done on-line on WebAdvisor. Classes with Special Dates: For Drop/Add and Authorized Withdrawal dates, click here.                          AND Registration Office holds evening hours (8:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Wednesday, September 16	SPRING Preliminary Course Schedule available on the web for faculty review and final changes by Department Chairs                                AND INTERSEMESTER Proposed course materials sent to Department Chairs
Wednesday, September 30	INTERSEMESTER Proposed course materials returned to Registrar’s Office
Thursday, October 1 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM	Departmental Meetings with students are held. Location of meetings posted on the web and in faculty offices and Registration/Registrar's Offices (DS 120 & 123)
Friday, October 9	Application for Degree forms submitted to the Registrar's Office by prospective January 2010 and May 2010 graduates. Obtain and print online form: www.daemen.edu/registrar.
Saturday, October 10- Tuesday, October 13	Fall Break -- Classes will not meet
Wednesday, October 14	Classes Resume
Thursday, October 15	SPRING Preliminary Course Schedule with final changes due in the Registrar's Office                              AND INTERSEMESTER Prelimary Course Schedule available on the web for faculty and final changes by Department chairs
Monday, October 26 12 NOON	Undergraduate Students: Mid-Term Deficiency grades submitted on WebAdvisor by faculty
Monday, October 26 12 NOON	Graduate Students: Graduate faculty submit unauthorized withdrawal grades on WebAdvisor
Thursday, October 29	INTERSEMESTER with final changes returned to Registrar's Office
Thursday, November 5 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM	Departmental Meetings with students are held. Location of meetings posted on the web and in faculty offices and Registration/Registrar's Offices (DS 120 & 123)
Wednesday, November 11	Last day for authorized withdrawal from classes and/or change of status from credit to audit -- must be submitted to Registration office (DS 120); cannot be submitted on-line.
