This is your source for updated news, upcoming events, academic information, Alumni representatives, and contacts for our constituent groups. Thank you for joining us!Oh, and you are probably wondering what a constituent is. Con·stit·u·ent -adj. - serving as part of a whole. We have determined that the term constituent is a far broader term to encompass all elements of our alumni population. Moving beyond only maintaining local chapters, we have begun to establish constituent groups based on four criteria. We hope this new format will allow for our alumni base to connect on all levels and help strengthen the bond no matter where life takes you beyond the halls of the College.				Constituent Groups Generational - constituents based on class year, era or decade. Social - constituents based on clubs, Greek organizations or events. Academic - constituents based on major or department. Geographic - constituents based on location.
Board of Governors The Board of Governors is our national program, representing all alumni. This group is responsible for the Distinguished Alumni Awards as well as the Senior Award, given to a graduate each year. 		Young Alumni Committee The Young Alumni Committee allows an opportunity for young alumni to reconnect, plan events/reunions, improve alumni networking and re-establish your Daemen experience. Those interested in participating would create events geared towards the young alumni community. We want you to help us plan events that most interest you and your peers! We have growing alumni populations in New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington D.C., Albany and throughout the state of Florida.
